Senior Account Executive (Waltham and San Francisco)

Reporting directly to a director or vice president, this senior account executive would serve as the day-to-day media liaison on a number of the agency’s flagship accounts. This person should have a strong media and blogger relations background in business-to-business and consumer technology public relations, including traditional and social media. They should have excellent writing skills, and clients communication and presentation skills are critical. This person should have significant experience pitching technology media, publications and bloggers. The ideal candidate should have approximately 3 to 5 years of experience. Agency background is a must.

Qualifications

-   3 – 5 years of experience in PR
-   Agency experience is required
-   Experience in b2b or consumer technology
-   B.S./B.A. public relations, marketing, communications, or related field
-   Excellent writing skills
-   Strong pitching skills
-   Ability to organize and manage multiple client responsibilities

 

Account Executive (Waltham and San Francisco)

A core media relations and social media practitioner. This position handles a large bulk of the media outreach, including writing projects, and they live and breathe social media. They should have excellent writing skills, and client communication and presentation skills are critical. The ideal candidate should have approximately 2 to 4 years of experience. Agency background is a must.

- 2 – 4 years of experience in PR
- Agency experience is required
- Experience in b2b or consumer technology
- B.S./B.A. public relations, marketing, communications, or related field
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Account Director

Account directors report to either a vice president or an agency principal. This position requires a highly organized individual who has proven experience taking ownership of and managing multiple clients and agency staff. This person needs a proven track record of strategic thinking, plan development and execution for their clients. Director responsibilities include client planning and daily oversight, sign-off on all client materials, PR plan development, understanding their client’s market and how it compares to key competitors, and taking responsibility for the growth of their client accounts.This position also requires select media outreach to top tier outlets and assisting with new business development and pitches. This person should have a strong media and blogger relations background in business-to-business and consumer technology public relations, including traditional and social media. They should have excellent writing, communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate should have approximately 10+ years of experience. Agency background is a must.
